Electric Shrine 1

Part of a series of shrines made from found objects and recycled materials. I like the idea of people using whatever is around them to worship in a more personal way. Making a religious shrine out of these materials in not meant to be sacrilegious, although I am fine with that interpretation. I see these objects as beautiful in their own way. Using them in a religious shrine is meant to be a celebration of aspects of the physical world that most people regard as trash, but can still hold value and beauty depending on the context.
